Georges félix COHEN
born on the 21st of january 1956 in Mézières (Ardennes - France)
so Aquarius...and Goat in chinese horoscope !
Studies in Lille where I fall in love...
We travelled a lot and most of the photographs
are from this period.
We live in Lille about 10 years long,
enough time to make 2 beautiful babies !
Claire, born in 1988
and Olivier, born in 1987.
Then settling by "la Côte d'Opale" since 1991.
photography has always been one of my favorite hobbies.
Only slides, very few black and white,
and none laboratory.
Slides are not made to be forgotten in their boxes,
so I installed in our appartment a "gaz factory"
for personal slide shows
with two Leitz pradovit 2500 projectors
and a very big tape recorder controling all that stuff
with 4 tracks for stereo music and comments !
Everything is still in the right place
and work rather good !
Unfortunately, the magnetic tapes outdate so quickly...
Vidéo tried to take photo's place...
unsuccessfully !
And since I have à PC, the "old" slides reborn,
I work on them with Photoshop,
and i let them surf on the internet where they seem to be appreciated,
making me very surprised,
and finally very pleased !
